DAR strategically integrates construction management with development and property management throughout the life cycle of each project. DAR leads and oversees the general contractor, architect, and engineering teams, to mitigate risk and ensure superior execution of each project. DAR works directly with our trusted architects and contractors to develop and implement innovative designs, technology, and materials in order to optimize the appeal, performance, and financial return for every project.
DAR also manages capital improvements, major repairs, and tenant fit-outs for the properties we manage in cooperation with our trusted group of general contractors. Our in-house construction management capabilities give DAR direct control of costs, quality, and schedule to make sure our capital projects and tenant buildouts are completed to our high standards, on time, and on budget.
DAR’s Construction Management Team is also involved from conception to lease-up for our ground-up and redevelopment projects. DAR works hands-on with our trusted architects, contractors and sub-contractors to develop and implement innovative designs, technology, and materials in order to optimize each property’s appeal, performance, and financial return.
